For the last decade, I’ve been honored to lead searches for some of the largest, most impactful nonprofits, finding CEOs, COOs, CFOs, Chief Growth Officers, Chief Development Officers, Chief People Officers, Vice Presidents, and other strategic roles. I’ve also served directly with founders and boards of smaller organizations who are finding their way in the mission to which they’ve been called. My preparation for this work is easiest to explain by saying, “It’s personal.” I’ve lived parts of it, and I appreciate what people are endeavoring to do.

I started in Corporate America working with Fortune 500 clients on some of the very first data centers built. Then, I followed a calling into ministry, joining the staff of one of the fastest growing churches in the country in the 2000s. After a decade there, I founded and led my own mission-driven startup for five years before this last decade of experience in executive search. I share all this because I have deep appreciation for the highs and lows of leadership, for being on the frontline of change and seeing it through, for leading teams, and for being a human being navigating it all as a spouse, parent, dog and cat owner, etc.

The search for the right leader, for the right solution, for the needed breakthrough, lights me up! I have 20+ years of experience making those journeys with some incredible leaders and teams over the years.
